Sometimes it’s not just about the looks. That will tend to be the big draw for most but the longevity of your body’s functionality, but feeling no pain and capable of doing anything is definitely empowering for many also.
 
One of my clients (54yrs) has always been lean and highly active and has sound eating habits. But she’s been nursing a knee issue and some upper back dysfunction for a while and she wanted more definition and overall strength (and confidence) when she came to me.

Yes. I am a Certified Kinesiologist (4yr University degree) with over 15yrs of rehabilitation specific experience plus I currently work with local insurance companies and provide exercise therapy for injured clients. 
 
I have coached almost every possible injury over my training career.
 
My background is biomechanics and ergonomics with a specialization of joint-friendly and functional exercise. My motto has always been: “Train hard but train smart.”
 
That’s why I include an initial functional assessment (done via zoom/video) at the start to assess your potential posture, movement technique and muscle imbalances to create a therapeutic exercise program addressing your issues to improve your function and strength in the safest possible manner.
This is why we keep communication constant and we have our weekly check-ins.

Some of my clients are retired with more free time on their hands while others travel monthly for business where time is limited and they require flexible eating and workout programming based on their location and schedule.

My programs are based off of your access to equipment. 
 
Many of my clients prefer to workout from home and have no equipment so bodyweight exercises are supplied (I may make suggestions for equipment based on a person’s goals). 
 
Other clients have comprehensive home gyms or have a gym membership, so their program is tailored to their exercise environment.
 
My app is a 24-hour gym in your pocket – you choose when to complete your pre-scheduled workout that suits your daily schedule.

Your metabolism, degree of effort and consistency will dictate your rate of progress. 
 
But you can absolutely increase strength and definition while trimming your access body fat. 
 
You need to be doing both strength and higher intensity conditioning type workouts, which my program centres around. 
 
Daily movement, adequate sleep along with sound eating habits round out your path to a fit and leaner body.
This is super common in people. 
 
First, you need to rev up your metabolism to create a better ‘environment’ for building muscle and this is done strategically with an increase of proper whole foods (and potential calories) while incorporating more effective strength and muscle boosting workouts.
 
Doing long slow cardio while consuming extreme low calories is the primary cause of people getting ‘skinny fat’.
Heck no! This is not sustainable for most busy people plus you can achieve massive results in a considerable less amount of time.
 
My workouts range between 20-30 mins at a frequency of 3-4 times per week. 
 
You choose what time of day works best but I pre-schedule them in and you just click ‘start’ and follow along – everything is provided to you including reps/sets/weight/time with both videos and descriptions for EVERY single exercise.

Your time is limited so you need your workouts to be super effective but most importantly time-efficient.

No. But if your goal is fat loss and muscle definition then doing resistance training with some higher intensity type workouts will be programmed and will be the fastest path to your goals. 
 
I take into account to fitness level and training experience.
 
But as I stated before, your workouts will be created based on what equipment you have.
 
Progressive heavier weights is strongly suggested to ensure steady lasting results but is not a necessity. 
 
I only prescribed heavier weights when I know a client is safely ready and knows how to lift correctly.

My program is 6 months but we can also look at a 90 day accelerator program if that works better for you.

I require a minimum of a three month commitment. Regarding payment, either a paid-in-full or first month’s payment is required prior to your program commencing.

I recommend getting your nutrients from whole foods first and foremost with supplements assisting to fill in the required nutritional gaps. Certain supplements can speed up results but we discuss that during our initial consultation.
You bet! I mostly work with busy leaders/professionals/entrepreneurs who travel a lot for business. 
 
What makes my program so effective and different is that I can supply real-time menu options based on where/what restaurant client plan on eating or can quickly upload a workout that can accommodate the equipment available at a hotel/condo.
I accept PayPal for credit card payments or EMT if that makes things easier for you.
