What does your 1% look like?

MY METHODS

My coaching philosophy follows the Kaizen principle – striving to be better by 1% daily. This mindset mantra challenges me everyday to be my best, and thus, I challenge my clients to do the same.

Living healthy is not a chore nor a “have-to-do” thing for me, my hectic lifestyle works around exercise and preparing nutritious food as I strive to feel, look and move optimally everyday.  I honestly can attest that optimal fitness and quality nutrition has changed my life.

I believe that in order to make long-term change to your body composition and overall fitness, it starts with assessing your attitude and mindset towards your priorities. But, the most important component of any fitness and lifestyle program is accountability and progress tracking to maximize adherence and ensure steady, sustainable results.  I guarantee consistent and effective accountability with all of my programs as my reputation is based on your results.
