This is my first blog post (ever) and I’m super excited to be diving head first into the blogging world. This blog will offer so much in the way of updated scientific research, proven practices, innovative ideas and creative strategies in the wide realm of personal health and wellness. I will be providing posts on how I see the wellness spectrum but will also be supplying sweet content/posts from other respected health professionals/sites as a way to (un)complicate the “accepted” information that’s out there surrounding personal health. In addition, I hope to have guest posts from local health and fitness pros.

I am passionate about health and wellness and my goal is to seek out practical and valuable info in order for you to become more aware of your own health and make sound choices with respect to healthy living practices – both at work and at home. And if anyone questions my opinions/blogs, I have the credentials and experiences to back up what I say.
